"I was very happy with CLM from their estimate to completion of the job. Their price was below the other two estimates I received. They told me when they expected the fencing to be in stock and began work right on schedule. The crew dug up all the roots and weeds that had grown between the two fences that they had to remove to put up the new fence."

"A neighbor had some work done by 7th State and I watched their progress, so I asked the neighbor for their contact. I had a small porch replaced by a screened porch. The original porch was wood and starting to dry rot, and was slippery in rain and snow. I met with Anthony in February for an estimate and to tell him what I wanted. The County permit process and requirements for improvement went on until September -- an 8 month wait. They required me to plant trees and shrubbery simply to replace something already there, OR pay a fee to not plant trees and shrubbery. Ashley in the office helped me through this and kept me advised of the progress toward getting it started. Work began on September 10, ended mid October. Each step had to be approved by the permit office. The workmanship and finished product are outstanding. Neighbors have complimented me on the improvement. Some workers worked up until 7:00pm to finish their part of the project. I would recommend this contractor to anybody."

"We decided on a vinyl fence for its durability and low maintenance, and John delivered beyond our expectations. He guided us through the selection process, ensuring we chose the right material for our property. The installation was quick, and the fence looks fantastic. John's professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction stood out."

"Thank You Deck Cetera. Both the fence installation and front porch addition were done professionally and quickly even though Mother Nature did not cooperate all the time. The price quoted was fair and reasonable compared to other quotes we received but the quality and type of both the porch and fence was definitely above par by comparison. We truly enjoy our new privacy but the new porch you built put the entire job over the top, it has changed the entire front of our house. Both jobs have received nothing but rave reviews from our neighbors, friends and family. The installation team was always friendly and courteous. We would like to thank Colin for putting out the extra effort to ensure we were completely satisfied and to especially note Petes work on the porch. Again Thank You."

"Manny was great and was a reliable contractor working on a large fence restoration. He was timely to arrive each morning and painted my fence quickly and better than my neighbors and at a lower price. He paid attention to detail and was an honest contractor. When he had problems, he communicated it to me quickly and gave me ample time to try and find a resolution. Would use again."

"I called after hours on a weeknight after my kids accidentally broke a window, and Tracy had someone here the next morning at 8am to replace it. Everything went great, I was very grateful and will call again for future home repairs."

"I usually have my landscaper, brother or some other random person power wash my deck, rails and pavers. I decided to step it up a notch by hiring a professional. Mel was AWESOME. Contact was swift, bid was fair, scheduling was easy. Most importantly, I cannot believe how much better he did than an “average” person with a power washer. Everything looks brand new. Honestly, I’m shocked. I own several homes and I’m very picky about my contractors. I recommend MEL whole-heartedly. Plus, I love hiring an independent contractor. Good for him for making a business successful. Don’t look any further; Mel is your guy."

"INCREDIBLE! I really appreciated the candor from the team, they helped me save money by not over investing in subpar products or in areas that didn't need the investment. They also did a great job of being economical when asking that I increase the budget to allow for better paint, for example. Most importantly, the team worked quickly and responsively. We needed the area finished before new furniture arrived in time for thanksgiving. The teams arrived on time (early on some days) and worked efficiently to get the job done. I'm going to use them again when we paint our other areas.

"I am very happy and impressed with the service I received from the team at EZ Small Moves.  I was moving from a 1 bedroom apartment to another 1 bedroom apartment half a mile from each other.  All I needed was help and a van to move boxes and furniture.  I got quotes from about 5 companies, including EZ Small Moves.  The experience with this company was positive from the very beginning.  Tammy was very quick to respond to my request for a free quote.  We talked over the phone initially and then she followed up with an email summary that same day.  I didn't have to sign any paperwork ahead of time or provide a deposit (other companies did require this).  I checked in the day before the move and Tammy confirmed we were all set.  The day of my move Jordan and Justin couldn't have been nicer and more professional.  They called me 15 minutes before they were set to arrive and said they were on their way and would be about 15 minutes late.  In the Washington DC area, that's nothing!  I appreciated the heads up.  When they arrived, they moved quickly and respectfully.  They put a lot of effort into making sure my stuff was not damaged while being carried and also in the truck.  They wrapped my furniture in blankets...I didn't have to pay for this which other companies added in to the final estimate.  They put down one of the blankets on the ground when they were moving my mattress into the apartment because of the angle of the stairs - they wanted to make sure it didn't get dirty.  Very thoughtful - above and beyond!  I also didn't have to pay for travel time - another cost in other quotes.  All in all - it took 2 hours and was one of my most pleasant moving experiences ever.  Highly recommend this company!

"We had hail damage to our roof and siding, and some wood damage to the front porch, bay window and garage door due to age and poor maintenance. EA Roofing and Siding basically replaced/repaired the entire exterior of our home. It was such a pleasure to work with TJ and Tony - they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. They replaced the roof, checking for any hidden damage along the way. They replaced the damaged boards at no additional cost to us. They also replaced all soffit and flashing on the house.
After the roof came the siding. They removed the old aluminum siding, wrapped the house with an additional layer of insulation and installed the beautiful new vinyl siding. (The house is so much quieter now!) When the siding was complete, they installed new gutters with leaf guards, new downspouts and replaced the shutters.
The company also rebuilt our wrap around front porch, replacing old wooden railing with vinyl railing. Originally, they thought they would just wrap the existing support posts with vinyl, but it turned out the interior of the supports provided by the builder were cheap aluminum and not the wooden 4X4s they expected to find. At no additional cost to us, EA Roofing and Siding replaced the metal posts with the proper supports, and then covered them with vinyl. We also had a bay window in the back of the house that needed repair. They completely rebuilt it using vinyl materials. They both turned out beautiful and maintenance free!
TJ also helped us design a deck on the back of the house. They built a beautiful deck with composite decking and vinyl railing. To make the deck area look even better, they painted the patio door and installed a new screen door for us.
Additional work to our home included replacing our old wooden garage door with a new insulated aluminum garage door, complete with a new opener; painting the basement wall around the entire house exterior; relocating and replacing the outside lamp post and replacing all exterior light fixtures; repainting the front door to match the new shutters and changing out all the old door hardware with new; fixing a crack in the concrete front porch foundation; and just to complete the look, replacing the old doorbell with a new one.
Again, this company is such a pleasure to do business with! They strive to exceed your expectations and will do whatever it takes to be sure you are happy with the job. They are fair, honest and provide excellent quality materials and work. When we need any work done on our home’s interior, we will not hesitate to call them to do the job. You will not go wrong if you choose them to work for you!
