Once we (...they!) fully removed the carpets and saw the condition of the floors, we decided to install LVT instead and only refinish the wood staircase. Everyone was very professional and took time to explain things to . me. I had an in-home consultation, and also went into the RI Avenue showroom to choose the flooring. The proposals were very detailed. I would definitely recommend District Floor Depot and would use them again. I wish I could remember everyone's names -- Ella, Enrique, Melvin, and Charo made this an easy and quick process!"

"Bought a home that needed top to bottom renovations, including almost 2000 sq ft of new hardwood, another 2000 of old hardwood floors/steps/banisters refinished, another 2000 of luxury vinyl installed, and carpet steps ripped out and replaced with hardwood. "We had almost 400 sq ft of tile removed and new hardwood floors put in the place. BR flooring had to tooth in the new hardwoods to the existing hardwoods in the adjoining area. After the install, the entire first floor had to be refinished, including the staircase and handrails, and a 2nd floor loft. the crew did the most amazing job. The floors turned out absolutely beautiful and Marcos and his crew left the house so clean. Barely any dust anywhere! "The work was exceptional. There was a language barrier, the installers spoke little English, however we stumbled along just fine. I did have 2 requests for corrections, one was a piece of wood that had chipped during install and the other correction involved the placement of wood at entrance to a room. The manager came to inspect my 2 complaints, then scheduled the installer to come out and correct the two problems by replacing the wood. The corrections were also exceptional, although it took almost a month to get them back out. The price was supposedly discounted because of a sale on hardwood, so I believe the price was reasonable. I will use United again for my flooring needs."
