When they started the work, they discovered a lot of the plywood sheets were rotten and there was no framing support around one corner of the roof. They had to reframe the whole section. "I do NOT recommend "Home Pros Construction." The main problem was poor communication. It took a little over 2 months to complete the project once I signed the contract and paid the deposit. During this time, I spoke to their staff on multiple occasions. I was frequently given conflicting information. Compounding the communication problem, "Home Pros" sub-contracts their jobs-- so a 2nd company delivered the materials and a 3rd sent the work crew. When questions or issues came up, no one on site knew anything. So I had to contact the main office in Eugene. From the beginning, I requested the use of tarps to help contain the mess. My concerns were dismissed. And the crew waited until after dark to do any clean up-- so, naturally, they missed some. The morning after the roof was completed, I found a dozen old nails in my parking spot alone. I'll be much more careful who I hire in the future."
