I had him doing work at my home while I was at work which was a big help to me as my husband passed away in the middle of these projects. "Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

"In 2024, I spent about $20,000 with PI Roofing on a new roof and fascia repair. Within six months an area where they replaced the fascia detached from my house. This spring my roof has a leak. During the quote phase, they told me they'd haul off an old TV antenna. (It is still here). After the job was finished there were roofing materials left in my driveway. (I had to call to get those picked up). When I signed this contract, my Dad made fun of me for spending so much. I thought it would be worth it because of the warranty. I was even excited about the promised roof checkup they provide free in the first year, but it turns out you will not get the free checkup unless you demand it. And the warranty doesn't cover all that much. I have dealt with some very nice people at this company and have avoided writing a negative review for quite some time, but the bottom line is I cannot recommend this company. I have to believe there are better roofing businesses in the area."
