I had switched to Go Organic after the prior lawn treatment service was using chemicals that negatively impacted my dog (actually gave him seizures). "Everything went well. I had just missed the fall season but I coordinated with Diane for the spring. She was very helpful and patient while working with my schedule and the opening of my sprinkler system. Ray showed up with his equipment as I was marking the sprinkler heads and everything went well. One thing that stood out with this company is that they are people of integrity and will not deviate from doing the right thing. Ray said he needed to come back to do one final pass of seeding where my gate was and offered to put a spring on my gate lock for me. Anyone could have easily forgotten, but he came all the way to my area to finish, just as he promised. I have had countless people do work and often, after being paid, say that they will come back for one reason or another, and never do. Poof! Gone! I totally respect that Diane and Ray, other than providing excellent service and being easy to work with, are people of integrity and true to their word. That speaks volumes to me.
