"Initially, the project was removal of an old rotting wood timber retaining wall in the back yard and replacement with an engineered concrete block wall. This entailed removal of 12+ existing trees, saving/building around "keeper"trees plus clearing and regrading back lot. I was so impressed with the quality of work and professionalism of Joe and his team that I decided to have them also do the same basic job on the front yard wall. The front was more complicated due to more extreme slope "three terraces" the need to work around a 80 year old Oak tree and the curved design of the wall. I am extremely pleased with the results Joe and his team delivered. They are very creative, hard working craftsmen who take great pride in their work. "Recently our retainer wall had started failing. We found a company to install a new retaining wall on the Angi site after reading the great reviews for RC Pro Solutions. Patrick Bonaparte was our contactor, and it was a great experience from beginning to end. He walked us through every aspect of the project, provided great suggestions, listened to what we needed and was respectful of the budget, especially when we were at the stone yard to select our materials. His company not only did a spectacular job, but they exceeded our expectations!! We also had an extremely tall tree in our back yard located very near our roofline and deck. Patrick pointed out that it was rotted at the top and precariously close to our roofline and deck if it fell at some point on its own. While they had the equipment on site, we negotiated to have it taken down. In the process, a portion of that same tree hit another branch as it came down, and that branch tore a huge hole in our deck. It happened right when Patrick arrived on site to get a status on the project. He discussed what happened with us and offered a solution that was more than fair and reasonable. Before his crew left our property, they repaired our deck and re-painted that section where you can never even tell any damage occurred. The entire crew was pleasant and easy to work with and I would recommend them 1,000% to anyone needing similar work done on their property. They do both residential and commercial work. Based on our results, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Patrick and RC Pro Solutions to others. It's been a long time since I worked with a company who stands behind what they offer, and who is so excellent at what they do - and we LOVE the results!!!!
