"The pro's name was Mike and he responded quickly with a very reasonable scope of work and estimate. He quickly repaired the leak in my roof and cleaned off the leaves from the rest of the roof as well. "We knew it was time for a new roof, it had been 20 plus years with several bad storms batteringour home. Emerson came to our door and booked our new beautiful roof, which was done in one day.the nicest, most polite crew ever. Not long after that we had a tree fall on the garage, so we went straight to Emerson to make sure it was done right. Won't call anyone else."

"Every thing was done perfectly and they arrived on time. I received a phone call ahead of time to let me know they were headed my way to start the repairs. They did a great job with roof repairs that needed to be done and the gutter repairs also. The price was unbeatable. I've contacted other gutter companies for quotes and found absolute gutters through a friend and called Eric and he came out and looked over the repairs that needed to be done and gave me a free quote on site, which was the cheapest I had found. I will be using them again for all of my gutter cleans and any repairs."

I am a young man that does his best to make sure my client is happy with the work done

"Jeff and his team were professionals from the first talk we had all the way to the guys who installed the work. I was expecting to clean up after they were done, but these guys went above and beyond. The whole process was easy. Jeff took the reins with my insurance company because we know how it can be intimidating working with insurance. Especially a $25,000 roof. Thanks Legacy for a great experience!"

"Very happy with the results! They uncovered a lot of hidden wood damage when replacing some of the siding. They kept me informed every step of the way. The exterior now looks as good as new. For the amount of work they did, I thought their price VERY reasonable."

"They were on time for the estimate and on time for the work that was performed. They removed my old shingles, tar paper, and vents and replaced them with new underlayment and GAF Timberline Shingles with new vents. The workers were efficient, knew what they were doing, worked extremely hard and long and did a great job. The project manager was on site much of the time and ready to answer any questions or respond to concerns. The new roof replaces one installed 19 years ago and the quality of the new roof greatly exceeds that of the previous roof. They cleaned up after they finished and did not destroy any flowers, shrubs, or plants. I would not hesitate to use them again."

"They did a very good job with the roof and the addition that came off the house and covered the deck. The only reason I gave them a B rating for quality instead of an A has to do with the finishing touches on the addition. All around the house the soffit fascia is covered in white sheet metal. When they finished the addition, which follows the roof line of the back of the house. They left it with bare, untreated wood. They don't use treated lumber because it reacts with the metal roofing and some corrosion may result. That's fine, but they should have at least covered it so that it tied in with the rest of the roof line. As we did our final inspection, I asked about the wood being treated and he explained why they don't use it. I said " so I guess I'll have to cover it?" He said that I would. I was leaving town on business in a couple days and had a lot going on, so I guess I just didn't think to put my foot down and insist they do it. Here in Mobile, Alabama we are the wettest city in the nation. We get more annual rainfall than Seattle, and it's humid. Wood rot happens.I went and bought some Thompson's Water Seal, and some sheet metal and took care of it myself. I have some pictures, but I don't see how to post them on this review page. The workers were very polite and cleaned up very well each day.
