But of their own accord they reminded me of that fact and came out and did the needed repairs. It is very rare that I have ever used a product’s warranty and never have I used one twenty years after I made a purchase. "Larry did the initial energy audit and was very professional, personable, and courteous. He was able to answer all my questions and explained the BGE energy rebate program.  Larry identified all the areas in my home where there was either air leakage or thermal leakage and made recommendations about what repairs would be most cost effective and which would not.  I accepted his recommendations and he then prepared my personalized report.  Even though I did not qualify for any BGE rebates, I decided to proceed with the repairs Larry recommended which were then carried out by his son, Mike, and Mike's crew.  Mike was also very professional, personable, and courteous and, as did his father Larry, was able to answer my many questions.  Mike's crew took great care to protect my home and furnishings and minimize any dust coming into my living space from the work they were doing in the attic.  The crew sealed every recessed light fixture and electrical outlet that was accessible from the attic.  They also restored the proper insulation configuration to my sprinkler system to ensure the pipes would not freeze during the winter.  Mike took before and after photos in my attic so I could see the nature of their actual work without going up into the attic myself.  I am very, very pleased with the work done by this company and highly recommend them to others.  I will not need this work done again in my current home but, should I ever move and find a similar need in a future house, I will not hesitate to call High Performance Home. <br />"

"Hi, <br /> Just wanted to share my experience with LONG FENCE and DECK. Doug was the estimator that I dealt with, he came out and walked me through the process and showed me the structural issues we had to deal with due to a bump-out above our garage. He was very thorough and I was impressed with how he handled things. Most other people I had met with seemed to not want to bother with the job or told me I needed a structural engineer to solve the bump-out issue. LONG FENCE was able to work with our 203K Lender and our HOA which also impressed me. Once we got HOA approval and the permits taken care of they started work within 10 days or so. The work took about a week or so, partially due to the weather.  <br />  The guys on the job were a little bit messy initially, a few nails here and there, but they also helped me carry a couch in the house, so I can't quibble too much. I was happy with their work and with Michael and the office staff. I would certainly recommend them and would use them in the future. <br /> Andy <br />"

"We were very pleased with the the work Bill and his son Tom did for us.  Bill responded to our original call in a very timely manner.  He came out and did all the measurements and gave us some wonderful suggestions for our project.  He stained and finished the rails and then came out with his son and installed the entire project in  half a day.  They protected our rugs and stairs with tarps and cleaned up after the job was done.  We could not be happier with their work <br />"

"They did a real fine job of installing it, it looks really good. It's well anchored into the ground and real stable looking. It came painted and they touched it up. I give them a really high rating. The fact that they worked with us and explained what was going on. They were very open about everything they were doing. They even talked about other types of material I could have used other then the cast iron. They were quick to call back and answer questions. They even followed up to make sure it was installed correctly. They were very professional. I have already recommended them to my friends."
