Elman and his crew members were very easy to work with, friendly, and were available to answer questions or adapt to minor requests. They were very thorough to replace all the rotten wood, which I really appreciated. My house looks amazing! I upgraded to the best siding recommended by Consumer Reports, which is manufactured by the company Elmans' often uses. The windows were also good quality, and look better than some my neighbors had recently installed. The gutters and gutter guards were installed well too. I appreciate that they are a family business, which was very responsive. "Hire this Contractor!! Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Mike and crew were superb workers, tidy, punctual, and tenacious when it came to getting a difficult job completed. They replaced the main house roof shingles, repaired a carport that had some rotten rafters, sheathing, and facia, put on a really nice TPO sheathing designed for a low-pitched roof. All wood was wrapped, and gutters installed. The detailed processes for all work was phenomenal. Mike oversaw all details, as well as doing much of it himself.
