"They did perform the work, same day, very neatly, the gentleman who showed up was the owner of the service, and he was polite, professional, and accommodated the work the same day. I was in a hurry and needed to get some work done quickly; they come out and provide a quote, but indicated their minimum was $500 worth of work to take on the job when Home Advisor had indicated the work was valued at about $400. When we noted a home inspector had indicated the roof 'boots' needed to be replaced, they offered to check on the potential replacements, quote a price, then perform the work the same day. First, they offered a quote for $2,500, which seemed exorbitant for replacing two boots on the roof, then came down to $2,100, then I countered (and they accepted) for $2,000 which included the initial $500 for building the rain dam by the chimney. So honestly, I don't know if I overpaid or paid just about the right price for the boot replacements. Personally, when I review the project and the work, I think $1,000 would have a MORE reasonable price. I would recommend that dealing with ANY roofing repair company to get at least a second quote on the work before accepting the job, even if the company offers to do the work the same day."

"It went great the owner was professional , knowledgeable and friendly. His work looked good and sturdy. His pricing was so fair and affordable for every day folks/ families. I am so happy with our new front door steps, porch and deck repair. "Hire this Contractor!! Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Mike and crew were superb workers, tidy, punctual, and tenacious when it came to getting a difficult job completed. We are extremely pleased with the work. They replaced the main house roof shingles, repaired a carport that had some rotten rafters, sheathing, and facia, put on a really nice TPO sheathing designed for a low-pitched roof. All wood was wrapped, and gutters installed. The detailed processes for all work was phenomenal. Mike oversaw all details, as well as doing much of it himself. Mike's crew did excellent work even when Mike wasn't present, and they were extremely courteous and respectful, and took a lot of pride in their work. The place was left clean each day, all debris carried away, nails picked up, walkways, deck, driveway swept and blown off. It was such a pleasure to have a Contractor do precisely what they say they can, and even do it better than you expect."

"He did the whole house for 1/4 of the other estimates I got! Because of that I went around to my other neighbors homes, & told them. He did do my neighbors house across the street. They also were very satisfied w his work. Would highly recommend him. I've been busy since he did the work, so this is the first chance I got to respond. I will also be posting his business info. & recommendation, to the next Holleybrook HOA meeting! There's a lot of homes in here! His business is sure to grow! Also does decks, concrete, aggregate driveway sealing by hand, bricks, roofs, Aeration, seeding, & more! Great work! Great price! Great reward! Thank you, Julio!"
