He educated me about what to look for in windows as well as what set Home Improvement apart from other vendors. The in-home visit was followed by a trip to their showroom to see the full size window. Installation day was excellent. They arrived on time, started work promptly and completed the installation of three windows in a few hours. They were very respectful of my home and my pets. Their clean up was spot on both inside and outside. Owner Matt was on-site and available for most of the job. Follow up after the installation was excellent. I think one hallmark of an outstanding company is not only how well they do the work but also how well they respond to a problem. The supervisor explained everything to us on how our new air conditioner would work, they did a fabulous job and they cleaned after themselves. The supervisor worked with us after business hours to give us instruction on the the system would work, he showed me exactly how the system work properly. "Everything went according to plan.  He showed up when he said he would but with only two workers.  It turned out that was all he needed.  They did an excellent job and he added an accent that turned out to be very attractive.  When one of his workers accidently broke a piece of heavy plate glass used in a skylight he replaced it at his own cost.  They finished on time, in budget, and did a very good job.  I highly recommend Mr. Marchel's roofing services.
