Dustin was punctual, friendly and extremely helpful in providing suggestions and helping me envision a landscaping design. I was in contact with Dustin prior to the work starting to run ideas by him and ask questions. He was always extremely patient with me and very helpful. Brooks Landscaping started work on the exact day they promised and the crew was very courteous and friendly. I was extremely involved in the process every step of the way and felt that it was important to them that I was engaged and 100% satisfied with everything. "Get written estimate first. (Did not due) Customer satifaction is not there top priority. (Poor) I had some work completed and looked at the results after the fact the next day and noticed somethings were poorly done or not done as agreed apon. Instead of the company answering my calls, texts & emails they left me hanging with poor results and no communication (Stone walled), maybe because they allready recieved payment. So unproffesional of them and now I had to hire someone else to fix the area's."
