Quote was quite a bit higher than I expected, but I learned from neighbors that chain link fence costs for small jobs are quite high (based on their experience with quotes for small chain link fence jobs). Very professional, high quality work. They were able to fit me in pretty quickly (just a couple weeks compared to 6-12 weeks with other companies). Highly recommend."

The lady claim all of the bad reviews are fake and that they have 100’s of happy customers. They are friendly in the beginning but once they have your money they are EXTREMELY RUDE. They hang up on you and stop answering the phones when you call back. I got my fence installed June 2020. The technician never went over the wood types or locks with me. Once installed I went back others because I wanted a different lock (the one they installed is cheap and it’s hard to lock & unlock). They never came out to change it. Now it won’t lock at all & not only that my fence is warping & there are nails missing and coming out of the fence. I went into the office today and when I tell you all of the employees are rude, the fat guy that work there called the cops on me lying saying he felt threatened by a 4’11” black woman while starring at me with a smirk on his face. Luckily I recorded the while interaction before I even walked in. PLEASE USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY KEN KIFULL, the owner Kevin, the fat guy & the entire staff are trash"

"M. Bland did a terrific job. Very responsive to emails, phone and texts and kept us up-to-date on permit, materials, weather delays. Showed up on day he indicated and worked until job was finished. Very conscientious with work, every day ended with him using power blower to clean up any sawdust or other materials. We would definitely recommend as the final install looks great and gates work well. All this after three years of trying to find a competent fence installer that would do what they said. We appreciate the businesslike approach of M. Bland. Thanks"

Between dealing with the owner (Kevin) and his crew, I can honestly say that I am absolutely satisfied with their work. These guys definitely know what they're doing. "We were pleased with the fence, but disappointed with the gate. It is a two door gate that leads into our backyard. They used enormous hinges which left a large gap in between the doors and the post. It's large enough for my sister's dog to slip through. The doors on our gate used to swing open 180 degrees which helped in bringing and removing large objects to and from our backyard. Our lawn company could drive their lawnmower through. Now the gate only opens 90 degrees. Tony said the door can slide off the hinges easily. That's not convenient. We cancelled our lawn service and bought a lawn mower. They also put the stop latch on the wrong door. We used to open the door that was closest to our deck. Now the other door opens. It's not a huge deal, but it's a little less convenient. All of the screws are rusting. I've read that cedar erodes metal faster, but this seemed pretty rapid. Some were screwed poorly into the wood, and the wood split at several places. I've reached out to Tony all summer about fixing the gate. We even offered to pay for any extra materials it would take to fix it. Each text said he could absolutely fix it, no problem. He was busy and would let us know when he was available. It's been five months now. He never responded to my last two texts. I'm really disappointed."
