Our bathroom was fully gutted and rebuilt (with same footprint) - the end result was fantastic and I believe the value was very high. Just to make others aware - we had a fair amount of back and forth with the inspectors from our township and had several hardware items delivered to our house that were broken so they had to be re-ordered - so job took longer than we (and Allshire) expected. That said, the company has many positive attributes: 1) communication is solid 2) attitude is positive and professional 3) final workmanship very high 4) pricing very reasonable 5) overall demeanor is friendly and flexible which is what we wanted. We will call them again when we get ready to remodel our kitchen. Allshire is a good company because it is made of good people."

"From start to finish the job was completed with attention to detail, on budget and on time. The trim installers (Chris and Danny) were fantastic. They took their time and cared for the project like it was their own house. It was a big project. I had all outside exposed wood covered in trim and/or vinyl soffit. I can't thank Sun Home enough. During the gutter installtion a small piece of the trim was dented and it wasn't a huge problem but the job was done so well that I asked for it to be replaced. This happended, by the way, when a second crew, not Chris and Danny installed the gutters. On final inspection I showed Dave ( saleperson and delightful man) and he said give him a few days and they would take care of it. Like clockwork, he sent Chris back out and took care of it. To Chris, Danny, Rob and Dave, I thank you all for a well-done project from start to finish. I highly recommend Sun Home!!"

Arriving at a final contract went smoothly. Execution was excellent! Communication is good. Scheduling was convenient. Materials showed up a few days before, everything ready to go. On install day, around 6:30am, I'm on the couch having coffee.... and a couple of trucks quietly roll up. Within 15 minutes, a crew of about 10-12 were outside. At 7 am they all got busy setting up barriers while others got up on the roof. They carefully removed yard lights and put tents over plants They got busy and they just kept moving. They were cheerful and coordinated. The lead came to me to verify/confirm details so things were done the way I wanted. No detail overlooked. The landscaping and lights were re-wired, reinstalled exactly where they were, landscaping was as it was before."

For anyone worried about price gouging, they showed a lot of integrity by replacing parts at no extra cost when they easily could have gotten by keeping mismatched but functioning accessories. Also, it is not cost-effective to dig into the gas lines and the firebox just to sell an upgrade. Outside work such as installing a color-coordinated chimney cap might yield a profit. Chimney Sweeps are very busy. I recommend getting on the books early or doing an off-season inspection. My fireplace is up and running, but I plan to get a level 2 inspection to have more knowledge and peace of mind about the house. In hindsight, I should have gotten a nicer log set, but I wanted to keep costs down in case I had to spend more on repairs."
