A full Bathroom update plus laying over 300 square feet of tile with full demo of both areas. To come under 3 weeks speaks to the diligence of their work. "Reported Kayan LLC/R. Lala to Consumer Protection. No respect for the elderly of parent of a disabled child. His masonry work was poor. Had to hire another company to repair the incomplete work. Did not glue on the caps that lay on the wall blocks, trim blocks to appropriate size and did not reinforce open gaps between the side walls and the floor pavers. Carpentry work was extremely poor job. He put up a ceiling under a deck, but did not make any provisions for installing a gutter or slanting the roof and the water accumulated between plywood and the outer panels. I had to hire a different contractor to remove these panels as they would have fallen on someone. Panels removed with one hand, leading to a downpour of accumulated water. He charged a miter saw and roofing nailer to my credit card and refused to return the tools and unused supplies. Quoted $3750 to powerwash and paint my handicap ramp in freezing temp and yelled at me when I refused. No remorse for his actions. "

"My review of the work I have had done by Thomas Gianni & Sons Inc.. They really did a great job of working on my property. I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."
