"I scheduled an estimate to have a leak repaired and Luis showed up right on time. I was expecting to need a section of shingles removed and replaced, but as soon as he went up the ladder, he said "there's your leak" and showed me a nail and a warped section of roof. He fixed it right then and there and refused to charge me for the repair. I would definitely call M & J for any future roofing or gutter work."

"My experience was excellent. Jhon Pachar was the first contractor to contact me from Angie's list and was local. Came out the next morning and made the repair, and also inspected the roof for any possible future problems. He found another loose shingle and sealed it down so wind to get under it and rip it off like what happened tonthe shingles he replaced for me. Very professional, courteous and explained everything he was going to do before the repair. Highly recommend this contractor and will use again if needed in the future fir any repairs or projects."

"L & L Contracting came highly recommended for replacing my roof and gutters. They were prompt and courteous. They took on the headache of dealing with my insurance company and made sure that I got everything that needed to be done covered. I was it highly impressed that after inquiring about a quote, the owner came and not a salesman to explain my options. I would feel extremely confident to recommend L&LContracting,"

"Our project manager, Manny, and crew supervisor, Jorge, did a great job with our roof replacement today! Manny was very communicative and helpful throughout the repair. Jorge and the crew were efficient and did a very thorough clean up when finished. Our only concerns revolve around the initial reason we scheduled a repair, which was due to a ceiling leak after a rain storm. The sales person that came out was very nice and informative. He told us that while he could not determine the source of our leak, we needed a new roof. However, in our naivete, we forgot to wait on our insurance assessor before making any decisions. Post insurance assessment, we had a hard time getting answers from either the project manager or sales manager, and just moved forward with the replacement hoping it fixed our issue. Long story short, while the level of service and overall customer service were great, we had a major repair done that may not even be related to our issue. Our roof likely could have waited for a repair. Service=excellent! I would 100% recommend, just make sure you actually need a new roof."

"Home Pros LLC came out and performed an emergency repair to my roof during a recent storm. The service was quick, professional, and top-notch. I?m really impressed with how they handled the situation. Highly recommend them for anyone in need of roofing services!""

"Noticed a stain on the ceiling in my master bedroom after a heavy rain storm we just had almost instantly after I put a request in Jonathan from Ace roofing reached out he came out the following day inspected my roof and showed me photos of the problems that he found up there gave me a in detail description of what needed to be done and how he was going to do the repairs ended up using ace roofing for the repairs best decision I ever made full transparency all the way through kept me in the loop from start to finish I recommend ace roofing to all my friends and family whenever I need to replace my roof, I know who to call. Thanks again Jonathan."

"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"Working with Overstate was the right choice. I had 3 companies coming in and giving me quotes to replace the entire roof , including installing new plywood since it was a cedar shake . Yani walked me through the whole process, we improved the venting which was a good thing and I got a brand new Owens Corning shingle roof . I?ll definitely recommend to friends and neighbours ."

"Marc and Nikki were top notch. Both were professional and personable and made the whole experience a positive one. I have worked with construction pros throughout my life and I very much recommend The Renovation Experts for your home repair or installation."
