The workmanship throughout the project was consistently below industry standards and required constant oversight. The attached photo is just one example of Bill's work - instead of repainting a 4? x 6? ceiling section after drywall patching, Bill simply brushed paint over the patched area?leaving an obvious mismatch that he considered ?complete.? This type of shortcut was a recurring issue. I found myself having to inspect nearly every task to ensure it was done correctly. When I raised concerns about things like visible flaws or rushed finishes, Bill often dismissed them with responses like, ?You won?t see that once the toilet is installed.?
