The level of protection that was installed was top notch. We did not have any dust in areas outside of the work area and Mike and his team were always careful to clean and keep the protection clean which was fantastic. "Love the product, BUT, consider you just spent $90,000 to finish your basement, you ask that they leave you a couple of ceiling and floor tiles in case of damage for the future, they comply. Then when you do the walk through, some of the flooring needs to be replaced. They come a few weeks later and don’t bring any product, so you show them the couple of tiles they leave, they use them to do the work. You pay them in full. Then you call the product manager and ask if you can please have a couple of floor tiles to replace the ones they used (they used them all by the way), and over the phone in a belligerent and condescending tone he says, “I don’t have to leave you anything!”. How’s that for customer service after they received their money. And I never did get any tiles, or a call, from LUX about anything."
