"We are extremely pleased with Keegan's work at our house in Woodstock. He renovated large blue stone terraces, stairs, walls, a 150 feet canal, built a beautiful and functional firepit and also renovated the chimney with care. He will listen to your needs and execute with attention to details in a way that will last, thanks to his great experience working with stones. He also has a creative mind and an artistic touch if you are looking for advice. We love how his stone work blends in with the style of our 100 year old Woodstock house. We also like that he works with local people and materials. Highly recommend Rock-n-Gardens for any stone work in the area."

"The work turned out great. The joints are tight and lined up well. The corners were curved to add a nice touch so the pavers had to be cut along with cutting the smaller brick border bricks. I had about a 2 foot slope of land under the patio and a large slope for the path and step area. This work was done by 4 guys over two hot July days. The bobcat helped dig and rough level it. A lot of material was moved around along with at least 4 pallets of pavers and the blocks for the steps. To finish it off, they put down top soil, grass seed and hay was placed down to finish the job off very well."

"Frank Bergin and his team were an absolute delight to work with, from the beginning until the end. Very clear and transparent contract and communication, fast scheduling, work finished on time, Expert paving work, which was not easy, with a phenomenal team, including Angel and Junior. Every step along the way, they communicated progress and asked for my opinion if there were further choices to be made. They installed a beautiful 850 sf feet backyard patio, landing and path to the front door, new French drain, flower bed with Belgian blocks, built-in BBQ area, and repaired walls of a greenhouse. Everything was done perfectly. Cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are looking for a skilled, honest, and hardworking contractor, look no further than Bergin Property Management."

"Anton was easy to work with. Sent email on a Sunday. He called in five minutes and came that afternoon to look at the job. Replaced baseboard in four bedrooms and repaired a hole in the ceiling. All work was completed in two days starting that Monday. The carpenter that did the baseboards (I think his name is John) was great, neat and did a wonderful job. I will definately call Anton again. "Rich came out and did a chimney repair for me. I was more than satisfied with his work and will be using him for the foreseen future."

"Joe does fantastic work. The you can't even tell the section of the patio he repaired is not part of the original work. Good communication and fair pricing. I will definitely hire again."

"I would use this company again and recommend it highly. The work was completed in a timely manner. Billy was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful."

"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."

"CES home solutions did a fantastic job. They took a beat up concrete porch and stairs and made it brand new again. I am so impressed with their work they preformed that I’m going to have them do more work for me. I give them 5 stars for a job well done ."
