He wants beyond just laying down the floor or even what was included in the contract because he wanted it done well, including level parts of the floor, finding a leak, adding trim, and reinforcing the stairs. He was super clean. He sectioned off the area with plastic sheeting and vacuumed constantly and move the furniture back. The work ethic was incredible.
