Austin Berryman, the Sales Rep, was exceptional. He was very professional, courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the product and various options. Austin took the time to answer all my questions and explained the entire process to me. Tim Bast and his installation team were also exceptional. His team excavated the original grass, laid down the gravel sublayer, installed the framing, and then installed the artificial grass. Extremely hard working crew! Very professional, did a first rate job, and cleaned up everything and left the area spotless. The final results were beautiful! Best of all... my dog loves playing in her new run! We play out there every day we can, and she no longer has the problems she had with her allergies to regular grass. I cannot stress enough how highly I think of this company! The people they have representing them are outstanding! The quality of their product is also outstanding in comparison to other companies' products."

"I don't think he did a great job on trimming and stuff though. I was going to have them for the whole yard. It was supposed to be yard work and tree trimming or lawn maintenance but then I don't know what happened but then again he stopped by and since we didn't get any one to do the work, we had him do the trimming. I wouldn't have it done by him again. I thought the pricing was kind of expensive for what he did. They just stopped by, I guess it was a Saturday and they were looking for something to do so I decided for them to go ahead and do it and being that he had all these people in there for landscaping I thought hey did a great job but we weren't happy with the trimming at all. They were very nice, it's just that I don't think they have the people to be able to do the good job. We've had trimming before and the people did a fabulous job."

"Anthony was friendly and punctual.  He came to see the backyard the day after I called him and had his crew come the day after that.  They came to rake out the soil and plant grass seed but also took out some left over concrete and even some large branches from a tree in my yard.  I called Anthony a few times to regarding care of the lawn and he answered all my questions right away. The grass is quite full now (about 2 months later).  I absolutely recommend Anthony.

"It went great!   Double Tree answered my initial call and made arrangements for
 Josh to meet me at my home during my lunch break. 
He arrived on time and had already assessed the work to be done.
He provided the lowest quote for the take down, removal of all wood, and
grinding the stump.  I had six different companies quote prices.
I was nervous about the entire process since the tree was smack dab in
the middle of my house.   I emailed several questions and they  was
always prompt with responses.   I asked for their insurance certificate
and I called the insurance company directly to ensure that the policy
was still in effect.   Everything checked out, so we set a date.
The crew arrived on time and got to work.  They cleaned up every stray
branch and piece of dust from the property.  At my request and without
additional charge, DOUBLE TREE team  cut a branch off a maple tree that was damaged
in the last late snow storm.
I will definitely call them again for general pruning work."
