"I would not recommend John for cabinet refacing. We had our kitchen cabinets refaced and painted, and within less than five months the paint was already cracking and peeling off the drawers. After I reached out, John agreed to sand and repaint the affected drawers, but unfortunately the same issue came back again within another five months. This was not the only problem. When the cabinet fronts were reinstalled, several were the wrong size, which made it impossible for us to use our cabinet inserts. The drawer hardware was also installed incorrectly in multiple places. Some pulls were uneven, and others were damaged during installation. On top of the quality issues, communication was very poor. The project dragged on for weeks longer than expected, with delays and difficulty getting responses. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I regret using this company. I would not recommend John for cabinet work."

"Sylvester did an excellent job working on the roof, and stopping a horrible leak. He was professional and went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done properly. He added flashing, removed and replaced the tar along a leaking roof line, and repainted the resealed wood."

"The work was excellent, however after the installation I discovered that I had been given very cheap product for the price I was ask to pay. I had solid and steady glass doors on the shower doors they remove. They replaced them with very cheap glass that bent like Plexiglass, I've never seen glass bend and also hung like curtains from the top only, no support on the bottom. When I told them I found the doors to be unacceptable for a senior I was told they would remove them, seal the holes and I could hang showers curtain but still pay for the shower doors they will remove. I was expecting an upgrade, instead I was given hanging glass doors for an outrageous amount. The shower makeover I ordered the salesman called it my dream shower, instead it has become a nightmare for me, I have not used this shower as I'm very afraid of using it as I may accidentally bump against the door and fall through it."
