"AJ and his team did an awesome job in our community. We, on the HOA Board, hired AJ to pressure wash the buildings, street gutters, parking pads and common areas in our 26-year-old community comprised of 52 townhomes. In addition, AJ offered homeowners an incredibly fair price to pressure wash driveways, walks and front porches at the homeowners' expense. AJ took the time to meet with the HOA prior to us offering him the job. He was patient answering all our questions.
