"After 3 prior estimates, Steve came out to give me his estimate. He provided feedback on the condition of the roof saying "You have 3 to 5 years remaining life with these shingles". That right there told me I had the right guy for the job. Steve and his crew at Tip Top Roofing did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. Workers were on time, professional, diligent, courteous and even took the time to put our things back in place. "Terry called within 2 days to say the estimate was ready. I asked him to please fax it to me, which he did. This company was the lowest bidder and my husband and I decided we wanted them to do the roof. We signed the estimate and mailed it to the company. I attached a note asking him to call, as we did not know what color of roof we wanted. Terry called and set up an appointment to come to our house on a Saturday. He was an hour late, but he called to tell us he was on his way. He brought samples and made suggestions. We chose a color and he said his crew would be available in about a week and a half. First the shingles, etc. would be delivered and the crew would come in the next 2 or 3 days. The shingles arrived on a Thursday and the crew arrived on Friday. They were able to complete a portion of the work (the crew is 6 or 7 men) so they came back on Saturday. Two men did not show up so the roof was not completed on Saturday. They asked if they could come back on Sunday. I said "yes" and they completed the roof on Sunday afternoon. Terry came by both Saturday and Sunday to check on the crew. The roof, which now has 30 year shingles, looks so much better. The crew did a wonderful job cleaning up. They cleaned the gutters and tried their best to pick up all the nails."
