"Splendidly! Larry is a consummate professional with decades of experience. He designed our kitchen upgrade and the upper and lower bar cabinets. He then installed all of the cabinets and drawers. The end result was that we have a brand new kitchen that is absolutely beautiful. The workmanship is second to none. We are now in the process of remodeling and expanding our master bath and consider ourselves lucky to have Larry working on the project with us. I highly recommend using Larry for your cabinet needs."

"We were very pleased with the repair work to our Lazy Susan cabinet door. MGM exceeded our expectations!"

"The new flooring installation has revitalized our home's appearance, giving it a fresh and modern look that feels both durable and aesthetically pleasing. It's a significant upgrade that enhances our living spaces with its timeless appeal."

"The individual that did the consult was very knowledgeable and helpful. The work took 8 days. I would highly recommend just buying new cabinets. The mess after the sanding and install was more than I expected. Some of the cabinets were left with debris and a considerable amount of dust in them, the shelves were not sanded on the ends where they were cut, leaving splinters and the sawdust was in the stove, dishwasher, cabinets that were covered and in the adjoining room. The craftsmanship turned out nice but noticeable that the edges were resurfaced. Itâ s hard to resurface cabinets that are old. The new doors cover the refacing. I feel the pricing is way to high for this type of project."

"Paul and Vicky Cunningham recently completed a bathroom, bedroom and laundry room remodel for us. We have had numerous remodels on our 60 year old home over the years, but the project completed by Cunningham Construction was by far the smoothest and highest quality work to date. The bathroom was a complete gut job. They installed beautiful new tile on the floor and in the shower. The attention to detail Paul has with regard to grout lines and leveling surfaces to make the project look even more aesthetically beautiful is incredible. New vanity and shower fixtures/door, mirror, lighting, painting...all done with the same care and detail he does everything. Things that we did not even notice were imperfect, he brought to our attention and fixed. The bedroom was more simple - replaced flooring and painted. Laundry room got new floors, multi level countertops installed with waterfall quartz, and cabinets painted and new hardware installed. It's simply beautiful and better than we could have imagined. I cannot emphasis enough the quality of their workmanship and desire to make sure we were happy every step of the way. They cleaned up meticulously daily, texted us at the end of the night to check in and ask if there were any issues, and advised us appropriately when needed for issues that arose. There were never any surprises. To top things off, Paul and Vicky are probably two of the nicest people you ever want to meet and have in your life. I highly recommend them for any and all projects . You will get top notch service and high quality craftsmanship."

"Very efficient - installed closet doors in one morning. One didn't fit - brought another in the following week, but no problems in the end. Good work."

Gabriel and his team were highly professional, attentive to detail, and always respectful of our time and space. From the initial consultation, Gabriel took the time to understand our vision, and his expertise really helped bring it to life. He offered great suggestions that we hadn’t even considered, which truly elevated the final look. The quality of the craftsmanship is incredible – from the custom cabinetry to the beautiful countertops, everything was installed perfectly and looks stunning. They stuck to the timeline they promised, and there were no unexpected costs along the way. The crew kept everything as tidy as possible, and Gabriel provided regular updates on their progress, which I really appreciated.
