This is the third time Jerry has done repairs for my house.  He is always professional, prepared, and personable. When I called, since it wasn't a crisis, he came as soon as he had an opening.   He came and assessed my old hot water heater, determined it needed to be replaced (it was 15 years old).He explained the problems and options to me. He installed a new one, changing some of the old plumbing to meet current requirements, and as always, cleaned up.

"WHEN THE ORIGINAL COMPANY THAT ESTIMATED OUR FENCE TOLD US IT WOULD TAKE 6-8 WEEKS TO GET ON THEIR SCHEDULE FOR A REPAIR, I CONTACTED FREEDOM FENCE. THEY HAD SOMEONE OUT THE NEXT DAY FOR AN ESTIMATE, WHICH WAS IN LINE WITH THE ORIGINAL ONE. WE HAD THE REPAIR SCHEDULED FOR 1.5 WEEKS AWAY, BUT WITHIN THAT TIME, THE ORIGINAL COMPANY SHOWED UP TO DO THE REPAIR. "Although, pictures were provided, the concern of the portion of the fence not being straight, and a text to request to straighten the fence slats, the work was not corrected and the request to walk through at the end to avoid mis communication, was also not honored. Would not recommend or hire this company, too much mis communication. Also--- the lock of the fence was initially facing the street and not the inside of the property.
