As well as completely clear as the best way to achieve it. He never tried to oversell the project, in fact, he always was looking for ways to save us money. When it came time to finally install the flooring, which he allowed me to purchase myself and not through him, unlike some other vendors I got quotes from, his installers came on time when they said they would, were polite, professional, clean and efficient.
