Mr. Lumpkin and crew were extremely courteous in explaining the process while working on the project, so I understood everything. A very respectful crew, that didn't mind if you asked questions or just wanted to chat with them. Crew worked at a great pace to accomplish the job at hand. After completion I was a little unhappy with the way the stamp job turned out, but Mr. Lumpkin was very accommodating and willing to work with me on the price.
