"Ron came out to tour the property around October just to talk through problem areas with the trees and remedy options.  He seems very knowledgeable and it was great to talk to him about tree care and also general landscape challenges.  He told me how the excavation that had occurred during construction of the house (7 years ago) had damaged roots of some large trees near the house - this is why they were showing wounds.  In addition to the growth inhibitor for the damaged large trees, he helped me decide to cut down some box elder trees and offered some advice on how best to remove honeysuckle and his thoughts on the best replacement trees/shrubs.  Our Austrian Pines were suffering from some sapsucker and bug attacks so we signed up for seasonal care to help combat the effects.  I guess the downside is that I'm not really sure if any of this will work until a year or two down the road? <br />"

"They did a lot of good things for us. They did a lot of things not related to lawn care. He is sort of a general handyman. We thought we were going to have to spend $5,000 to get the aluminum siding redone and he said that he would just paint that. He got paint that matched and you can't tell. He did a good job there. They have done very well with what they have done. I would probably have them back if I have something that needs to be done. They put insulation in the front door and the light still shines through so it is not tight. The guy was going to come back and fix it. I've called him twice and no response so I'm not satisfied with that. Their price and quality was pretty good. The landscaping was expensive. They tore out carpet and padding and removed the staples. They hung some rods. They worked well with us."

"We chose The Davey Tree Expert Co -North Cincinnati. They were good. They had to treat a few of our trees. We have a couple of ashes and they are going to treated those. I don't know if they are going to treat them again. They treated a couple of our plump cherries for bugs and funguses. They did come twice so far. The guy that came out initially looked at out trees was exceptional. We had another guy come out and do service on them. I believe they might be coming out again but maybe not. I don't know. The Davey Tree Expert Co -North Cincinnati came out around the March time period as well, probably early. They started a little early and looked at everything and then they came back. They might have to come back again to treat the trees at a particular time. I don't know as my husband handles all of that. I know the guys now. We felt that the cost was worth it. The trees that we had them do were very mature so they would be very, very expensive to replace. I would grade them all 'A's across the board. I would use this provider again in the future. The Davey Tree Expert Co -North Cincinnati were great. They came recommended to us actually by another company. We asked the other company at the time and they recommended The Davey Tree Expert Co -North Cincinnati. They were very reputable and they were very punctual. I give five stars on everything."
