"I thought they did a great job; they were very professional and courteous, if there was anything I did not like was that the initial job was to unclog the main sewer line, but could not do it, they still charged me $275, in the past I only paid from $75 - $150 when they unclogged the line, they charged so much money for not unclogging, I think they should have bypast that charge, I did pay $9500, to replace the main sewer line and trap, which I'm ok with."

"It was wonderful. I use this term because I wasn’t confident in the successful outcome. I had previously hired a drain clearing company and the problem seemed fixed for a few days. All five feet tall Barbara came over, diagnosed the problem. The pipe in the basement had to be cut out and replaced. The location was tricky and there was heavy work to be done, such as moving a semi filled washing machine. Barbara (owner/plumber) said she’d take care of ot and SHE DID!!! She saved the old pipe for us to inspect and we couldn’t believe the corrosion and blockage inside the pipe. The cost was extremely reasonable compared to other prices I received. "After the worst rain storm our area ever got hit with my basement apt was flooded. They came quick, prepared and eager to get going. The men dry vacâ d the floor and carpet, removed the carpet and dried the padding and floor. It is a brand new carpet so I wanted to save it but doubted anything would. They were terrific. Everything was completely dried and saved. No mold or mildew. They did a fantastic job but I also liked who they were. They were personable and kind.
