"Hired Jay to install a ceiling mounted stove vent hood for a peninsula cook top. The install was not typical as the ceiling was only 7' as opposed to the standard 8' and higher. So Jay had to cut the metal brackets and chimney housing, center the range hood with the existing vent over the cook top, move the ceiling stud, patch the ceiling, texturize and paint. Not only did he do all of that but cleaned up afterward, he even noticed some small paint chips on the floor by the house entry door and picked those up on his way out even if he didn't have to. In addition to his excellent skills, his attention to little things and going the extra mile is why I will hire him again for any home improvement projects. The stove hood looks great and I highly recommend him."
