"A very large tree fell in a heavy wind storm and did extensive damage to the roof and interior of our home creating holes in our roof and crushing part of the eves. We called Couto Construction because they did work for us before and we felt confident they had the right skilled workers and could complete the job before any more damage was done by water or snow. Couto Construction repaired the structural damage, replaced the roof, exterior siding and trim, gutters and repaired the interior drywall and plaster. Couto is a large, professionally run construction firm that can tackle large projects. Jeff completed our estimates and worked with our insurance company to make sure our home was restored to its original condition. Carlos (project manager) and Eddie (foreman) were always responsive and listened to any questions or concerns. I had phone numbers for both and was encouraged to call with any concerns. Chris, Cesae, and Justin did meticulous work and went above and beyond on the plaster and made sure I was happy with the work. Cleanup was very thorough. The exterior crew worked long days and some weekends to take advantage of the dry weather and prevent further damage. Overall I am very pleased with the work. When choosing roofers it is especially important to find a team that will complete the work thoroughly and safely. Couto is certified by Owens Corning and you receive a long warranty for the roof. "Generally, I was pleased with the work. There were some scheduling issues (scheduled to start on a day, but didn't read through the texts to confirm, so didn't show up that day), but once they started the work, it was done in relatively good time. There was a pricing issue as well, in that we had contracted to have the siding repaired and replaced, but we didn't notice that the estimate did not include painting. When we asked about painting, we were told it was no problem. Once we received the quote for the painting however, we decided it was too much money, and said not to do the painting (via phone conversation and via text). The painting was done anyway, and though the cost for it was more than we had wanted to pay, it was already done and so we were stuck with having to pay additional money for it (though David did reduce the cost somewhat, which was helpful). There was also a quality issue with the work. However, when we called David and told him about the issue, he came to our house immediately to work through it, then stayed at the house with his employee and made sure everything was corrected. I was very impressed with David's willingness to correct mistakes and make sure we were satisfied. I would hire Rhinosite again, but I would be extra-extra-diligent in any and all communications with them."

"This crew of ten (yes 10 guys ) men just completed a roof replacement on my 2,500 square foot colonial home with a 3 car garage in literally 12 hours, (most of one day and a few hours the following morning)! I have never seen anything like it, this is a well oiled machine. These guys even cleaned up very well! The roof looks spectacular and makes the house look brand new! I received at least four quotes for my roof replacement and spent a good amount of time researching the right company to choose. I can confidentially say that I made the right choice. The price was fair and completely in line with other bids. The quote was the exact same number that I paid in the end which was a relief. A roof is big investment for a lot of people but it will last 20-30 years with the right shingles and installation. I have literally zero complaints about this company and crew and I know they would come back in a heartbeat if I had any issues at all. Helpful tips... I chose to work from home during the two days of the roof replacement because I did not want the dog to go crazy in his crate all day from the noise. The dog slept through the noise but if you have the option, I strongly suggest that you leave your home. It's a very loud process and you might start to think that the guys are going to come crashing through the roof so no need to worry! It is important to remove all the items on the walls so don't forget to do this! Also, I was worried that the ceiling fixtures might come crashing down but they did not! PHEW!
