"We requested a quote from Mr Ivey at the beginning of July. Once we agreed on the work that was to be done he gave us our quote within one week. He stated he had to order the items needed as well as the plants and it should take a couple of weeks. He called three weeks later and told us everything was in and that they'd be by the following week (this was on 16 July). The workers came in on Friday, 23 July worked for about four hours and left. It was sweltering that day, but we wish they would have told us they were leaving for the day and would be back Monday. They came back Monday, 26 July and finished their work. They did a great job and we would hire them again, but when you're leaving for the day, at least tell your customer, and let them know when you'll be returning to complete the work."
