"One of Phillip's crew members (Alex) contacted me to schedule the job shortly after I purchased the job through Angie's List. I was concerned that they would not be able to do the job when the scheduled day arrived because the temperature was in the 40's (after having been about 70 the day before.) They assured me that they could get the job done, and done safely even though the temps were colder. Phillip and his crew did an excellent job. Paid extra attention to cleaning the areas that I was specifically concerned about including the edges and ends of my gutters that had quite a bit of accumulated dirt masking the original gutter color. I was very pleased with the work they did. Thoroughly cleaned the entire house exterior. Looks like new again. I plan on contacting them again when I need to have my home's exterior pressure washed."

My house had some pretty nasty dirt build up on the back porch from dried on mud as well as significant mold growing around my fence and back of my house. After they left my fence SPARKLED! It was the cleanest I had ever seen it. The paint on my house was quite fragile as well and I expected some of it to come off but they were able to clean my house without stripping any paint at all. "The owner, Mark, is very personable, very responsive and did a really good job. Prices were very good - almost $145 lower than a competitor just roof cleaning estimate without the power washing. He walked around with us after the job was complete and made sure we were satisfied with the results.   Even the windows were not streaked but very clean.  He also guarantees his work for 3 years. <br /> <br /> One caution:  the mixture that is used to wash surfaces can damage the flowers on flowering shrubs, hanging pots and container planters.  Mark told me part of the process is to spray the shrubs and bushes next to the house with clear water before he starts and again after the power washing is complete. This encourages the solution to run to the ground without saturating the plant leaves or flowers too much.  It won't completely prevent  damage but it did substantially protect our flowers and bushes.  <br /> <br /> I would recommend this company highly to anyone considering roof or siding cleaning.  They also clean concrete surfaces and several other types of cleaning options.  Give Mark a call and ask what he can do. <br />"

They were interested in making sure I was happy with their work and were very responsive when the lower patio deck needed a second coat to smooth out some of the areas that soaked up more of the stain than others.
