"I contacted Josh at C3 for a quote to prepare and build a flat, level, 18' by 14' base on a slope framed with 3 levels of 6 x 6 timbers to retain 3 individual layers of premium quality aggregate for superior drainage and soil stability. His design was to insure the driest base environment to install a shed that will last far longer than other contractors I spoke with. I couldn't have been happier with my choice of C3. He and his crew were very professional and detailed in the work performed. Always on time and mindful of the surrounding work area and exceptionally detailed in their final cleanup of the site. I would recommend Josh and his company for this type of work and larger projects due to his commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction."

"We are extremely satisfied and happy with our new driveway, paver walkways, and entrance stairs. Carlos, Augie and their team were all gentlemen. No pressure, no double talking, we proceeded on our own pace. Mata LLC blew the other Co's we quoted out of the water with their pricing, quality and workmanship. I would most definitely recommend his services to my family and friends. Thank you Carlos for a wonderful experience. Izzy & Maria Rodriguez"

"Paid him $1,000 deposit to seal my concrete. Constant follow up with him on when he was going to start the project, and he constantly made promises on dates and never showed up. I told him I found another Company to do the job and I requested my deposit back, which he agreed, but never paid me. It has been over 10 months and he will not answer my calls."

"This is the second time within a year that I have used Mike Sposato of Sposato’s Chimney and Masonry Contractors. Both times the service has been excellent. This time I had a basement with an inch or more of standing water. For years my basement seemed to stay reasonably dry with a system of channels to direct water around the basement to a floor drain that I believe was tied to the outside rain gutter drain. Over the past few years, this system had slowed down, and then completely collapsed this spring during all the snow and rain. Additionally, I believe the water table on my property rose for some unknown reason. Mike came on Saturday, April 21st. Immediately, he said, “This is an emergency. You need a sump pump. I will come Monday at 8 am and install the pump. Once the basement dries out, we will see what else may needs to be done.” On Monday, April 23, his workers were here at 8:15, and Mike came by two times to review their work and give instructions, in addition to staying in phone contact with his team. By 5:30, the basement had been pumped out, the new pump was installed, and the basement was on its way to drying up. There has been remarkable improvement. The sump pump installation was $2,500. I also reviewed with Mike ways to correct some preventable leaks around the foundation, the windows and the Bilco doors. The proposal for this work is for an additional $1,000. Meanwhile, I am watching for other leaks that might need repair, and installing, upon Mike’s recommendation, a dehumidifier to take care of the basement humidity. These are modest corrections that do not cause a big disruption of my household. I am very appreciative of this conservative approach that Mike has taken, not to mention the fast service, which I am certain was not easy for him to provide since he is currently very busy. The contrast between his service and the proposal I received from a large multi-state basement water proofing company is unbelievably dramatic. For 7 times the total for the sump pump, exterior foundation work and humidifier, they were offering to do the work in July! Both times that Mike has done work for me, he has impressed me with his knowledge and honesty and his commitment to do the right thing for the customer as opposed to selling an unnecessarily expensive job."

"Todd was very straightforward and easy to deal with. One price given for the complete job and included all the extras. George did a great job taking the extra time necessary to remove several coats of old paint in order for the best result. They even pointed out to me an area they wanted to touch up and came back out shortly afterward and took care of it."
