"Jessa was wonderful to work with! She explained the process in a way I could understand, was prompt with communications and I actually enjoyed it. She told me building a house might lead to building more and I can see why. It's immensely satisfying to design something and then see it come to life! We were told the drafting would be 3-5 weeks and we took every bit of 5 weeks because we really wanted to take our time in between each revision. I'm glad they didn't hurry us because as a family we did not agree on certain details quickly. Love our forever home and so glad we chose the right place for the design and drafting."

"Amazing results and I am 100 percent satisfied. I plan on hiring Putnam for additional home improvement projects in the coming months. This project required a complete rebuild of a dilapidated out building (pool house) built against (and integrated with) a historic 100+ year old stone wall. Simply taking on this custom project was a risk in itself! Jack and team tackled this with enthusiasm (like it was his own house) while also keeping an eye on budget. The team stayed in constant communication and I was impressed with the attention to detail (not to mention a clean job site!). It was one a heck of a journey from tear down to the studs to the finished product (which included a full bathroom and kitchen).
