He also asked when my dryer vent was last cleaned (long, long ago). I really appreciated that he took the time to notice and ask as I had forgotten about these other tasks I very much needed done !!"

"Not a great experience. Repairperson was here and took a look at the unit. Said the system needed replacement. It is 15 yrs old so that wasn't surprising. I asked for an estimate. He then replaced an expensive ($80) filter on a system that was not going to get repaired. I politely told him I did not authorize the filter replacement. He made a big deal of pulling it back out. The estimate that he gave me was A LOT higher than 2 other estimates. I am going with a company that is highly recommended by neighbors and Angie's List. I never leave negative reviews. If I am unhappy, I just leave it alone. By the way, this cost me $172!"
