"Next Level did a sprinkler system installation for me. Julian, the point person and (I think) owner for Next Level, communicated well throughout the process. He took his time to explain the technology, his reasoning for the proposal, the timeline, and the options and tradeoffs. His quote was the most competitive among the 4 I received, and he took care of everything. We had a couple of hiccups due to weather, but he otherwise delivered on the schedule he promised the day he provided the quote. The team was fast (completed the project in about 6 hours) and very neat. Very happy with the outcome."

"I hired Jovel to build stairs, retaining walls and planters connecting my existing patio to a new patio that I also hired Jovel's company to build. The stairs, retaining wall and planters were completed in September. In October, I had a licensed inspector at my home for another project and he pointed out that the stairs Jovel had built did not meet code. The inspector stated that stairs must be of equal rise and the lower and upper stairs were not in acceptable range with the other two. He also stated that three or more stairs required a handrail and that the stairs were POOR construction. Jovel has refused to correct the issue or refund any money paid.
