"The owner, Andrei, responded promptly to fix my leaky roof that was installed a mere 5 years ago. He quickly assessed the problem area and within days he and his crew returned and made the repairs. Subsequent storms have proven that the problem was remedied and the work site made to look virtually untouched by the repairs. Throughout the process Andrei explained how the leak was able to develop and how he proposed to remedy the matter. In addition to the roofing repair Andrei went to great lengths to secure an identical match on vintage vinyl siding to repair areas of minor damage. Mid-Atlantic is highly recommended. I hope I don't have more roofing issues but if I do I know who I am going to call."

That was done (and cleaned up) plus the new roof installed in one day. Then and old wood siding was repaired in many places, all walls were covered with Tyvek moisture barrier, and the new siding, a new window, eave vents and even a new spotlight fixture (which I provided) was installed in a matter of 2 days. The gutters came last. What a difference! From an eyesore to a thing of beauty (now my house looks shabby next to it)."

"I was referred to Summit Roofing by 2 separate friends who used them and were happy with the quality of their work and pricing. It took longer to schedule my job than I had hoped but it was because they had to wait additional time for the metal material to be delivered. Due to a lot of rain my job was delayed. To make up the time, Summit scheduled a crew to be at my home on a Saturday at 7:30am. They arrived promptly and completed what was originally scheduled for be a 2+ day job in one day! The workmanship is solid quality. The owner came by the day after the job was complete and walked around the house with me. He took care of minor marks on the house and replaced a piece of siding that has been damaged (no questions). Sean also persevered with me when something didn't seem right with the porch (metal) roof. He re-adjusted the height of my gutter to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the job. I am! "Marty, the sales rep, was the most pleasant and informative person we encountered while looking for contractors for our project. He was very responsive to all of our questions, and always available by cell phone. He coordinated all phases of the project, from the roofing(which had to have the sheathing replaced in many areas), to the siding, gutters, and the garage door(which was custom colored to match the siding). The roof was completed in one day, despite all the work that was needed on the sheathing replacement. The siding crew timed themselves well, allowing me to replace the two entry doors without being rushed, and the gutters and garage door were done in a matter of hours. The worst thing about the project ? If I have to say, the roofing crew could have cleaned up a little better, as I am still finding pieces of old shingles in my gardens. But generally, the whole house looks fantastic, and we have received many compliments on the work that was done. One of our friends even drove past the house, looking for the "old" white house !
