"William responded to our inquiry quickly and was flexible in working with our hectic schedule. He arrived right on time. His friendly and professional manner was a calming presence in the face of our concern about the fallen light pole in our backyard and the potential hazards but he quickly verified that their was no electricity flowing to the downed pole, cut the line, gave us a fair price and was on his way.
