"I called Doug's roofing and their response was immediate. Within a half hour one of their guys was at our door, giving us an estimate as to time and cost, etc. They said they would come back on Sunday morning and they were true to their word. They did an incredible amount of work in getting the roof all shoveled off, steaming the ice dams away (working on about 50-ft. of roof), shoveling off the debris from the deck and sides of the house where snow was being shoveled off, etc. When the work was done they stuck by their original cost estimate even though they had worked considerable time beyond that. The install team arrived at 8 a.m. and left at 3:30 p.m. I've had many compliments and the install was exactly as ordered. "Two experienced structural engineers from CBS came out to my house to evaluate a sag in my floor.  They determined that I had undersized trusses for the weight load the trusses had to carry.  They spent about an hour at my house and took numerous measurements.  While at my house they came up with several possible solutions.  They discussed with me the advantages/disadvantages of each solution and we decided on a solution.  They went back to their office and discussed the fix with a another engineer and, they told me, performed some calculations.  They then sent me a very detailed step by step plan for fixing the sag including the size of LDL beam needed.  It was detailed enough for a construction company to come in and fix the issue, or, in my case, an experienced do-it-your-selfer, fix it my self.  <br /> <br /> I'm very happy with my experience with CBS and I will certainly call them again, if needed for other issues or projects.."

"Capital Construction installed roofs on my last two homes in Burnsville, MN. They are very professional, prompt and RELIABLE. Derek came out to perform my roof inspection and then met with my insurance inspector. He had gotten both homes approved easily. Derek and his team assisted me with the whole process. Both roof installations were stress free. The roofers were friendly, courteous and answered any questions I had during the installation. They came back after the initial clean up to insure there were no nails on the property. All I can say is that I will never use anyone else other than Capital Construction. I have had other roofing companies come out and they were not able to get my roof replacement approved with my insurance company. So, don't waste your time with anyone else.
