He did most of the work, but when I did the walk-through, he missed a number of things. Came back the next day to finish those but flat out refused to clean one area, saying he'd underbid the job. I now have to hire someone else to come in and finish. Sad part is, the other bids were right in range with his, but I didn't take them because everyone else wanted me to advance them money.
