"Plumbing Doc was willing to come out Sunday night to help me, but I said it could wait till Monday morning,  They arrived very promptly, They assessed the problem and went right to work. One of the replacement parts they brought was defective, not wanting to put that part in, they bought a new part.  It was installed and ready to go in a total of 25 min,  I was very pleased with the plumbers that came out, Rick and CJ, they were very courteous, professional and considerate of my home,  This is the 2nd time (The first time was for a clogged Main Line (shower, tub and toilet) I have used Plumbing Doc and I am very pleased with their service and prices. "Drain pipes in wall behind sinks Had been leaking for long time without our being able to locate leak. While they were engaged we also used them to replace three toilets with new low-water styles which required the replacement of the mounting flange in kind bathroom. <br />They did excellent work, and although we did not obtain bids, based on the number of hours/days involved, I think we got good value <br />"

"It went very well. After a bit of a wait, I received a very comprehensive report of 88 specific items as well as bacteria, fungi and particles. Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. I thought the service was well worth the $300 just for the peace of mind. I intend to use the company on an annual basis going forward."

They furnished the new water heater and installed it for me the day after I called at a very reasonable price. A service guy by the name of Ricky came to my house to do the work.
