Although I wasn't present during the installation, the carpet looks and feels professionally done. I initially needed a carpet due to noise complaints from my neighbor and was hesitant about adding one. After discussing it with my neighbor, I decided to proceed. The carpet they installed looks and feels amazing! I just wanted a quick solution to reduce noise, so I gave them the measurements and left the rest to them. I then had them over to ask for a quote on replacing the floor and fixing subfloor issue especially in 2 spots, they said they would do it. they replaced the floors and did none of that. I just wasted thousands of dollar and will need to redo it. Do NOT hire these people, they do not care about your needs. Would give them negative stars if was possible"
