"Had my roof and gutters damaged by hail and wind. My roof was 18 years old. My insurance only wanted to give me money to patch and replace sections of roofs and gutters. We picked out the color of roof, provided samples to review for me and my wife. Phil from Titan roofing sent over Joliet code for full replacement to my insurance carrier and they got me my entire roof replaced and gutters. Came out and got the job done in two days in February 2022!! They did a great job on installation, cleanup and services. "Everything went very well. Heidi was incredibly responsive from the first call and throughout the process. Everyone, from the owner to every workman, was courteous and very professional. We did have weather issues (heat and storms) that understandably delayed the initial start date. When the new start date conflicted with our vacation, there was no hassle about our postponing the start date until we returned. This was a fairly big job and took the crew about a week to complete. Each day they started exactly when they told me they would be there and each evening, they made sure that everything was picked up and stowed neatly. When the job was done, the cleanup was thorough. I have yet to find a nail or other debris anywhere! The roof, soffit repairs, and new gutters look great. I highly recommend A&D and would definitely use them again without hesitation."

"The whole experience from start to finish was nothing short of amazing. The initial visit from the remodeling consultant was very informative and detailed. He seemed to really care about my house, Unlike most roofing contractors who just try to make a quick sale. The install was a one day install for my 3300 sf roof. They also did an amazing job with there clean up process. I didn’t find a single nail in my yard unlike the last roof I got installed 14 years ago. "Steve Case of SPU is probably the best home repair and roofing contractor I have ever dealt with in my 30 years of owning a home. Steve came out to my house the day I called him for an estimate. This was after a night of 50-80 mph winds had damaged my whole roof. Other contracters said it might take them a week to assess the damage to my roof. SPU's price to fix my entire roof was approved by my insurance company with no problems. Steve's crew showed up the next day and they completed the job before another bad rain storm moved into my area that night. I was impressed by the company's arriving on time with all the materials to start and finish the job. No time was lost because the crew had to wait on shingles or other supplies etc. Steve's men went up onto the roof and they kept working until the job was done. Before the crew left they cleaned up anything that was on the ground. I couldn't find one nail! I would also like to point out the roofing crew looked clean and professional. So did their vehicles. I believe this reflects the pride Steve's company takes in doing a professional job. I have had no problems with my roof since SPU replaced it.
