If I need windows cleaned I just email them before the scheduled cleaning and it gets done. I've had other cleaning services in the past (in another city) that have not done nearly as good of a job and cost more. My place isn't huge, but there's a lot to clean, especially because I have two cats, and they make the place so clean it feels like new. On the first visit I did have one incident where they locked my cats in one of the bedrooms (without a litterbox, food or water) when they left. I called Elliot and let him know that it was unacceptable and couldn't happen again in the future. He was very apologetic and even called back later once he had talked to the cleaners to find out what had happened. He was honest and nothing like that has ever happened again and I couldn't be happier with how he handled the situation. I definitely recommend Flor's and don't think they could do anything better!"

I have yet to find anyone who does air duct cleaning for manufactured homes. My space under the building is clean and not super low, but it appears to create and issue for places I have contacted about doing the work. This is the first place that at least asked for pictures to see if they could do it, so I give them credit for that."
