They have always done an excellent job. They are very responsive to request for estimates and service, are able to schedule work within a short period of time, and arrive as scheduled. Their cleaning team comes in, places plastic sheets or Styrofoam blocks under all furniture, pre-treats heavy traffic areas, cleans the carpet, and then departs leaving my carpets and upholstered furniture thoroughly clean. They also clean drapery, window blinds, and plantation shutters and will be coming to my home next week to provide these services. I will let you know how things turn out. "Oh wow.... they are AMAZING! We are quite picky about a very clean home and these housekeepers are just so great (usually the same two ladies come for 3-4 hours... up to 8 combined "work hours".) While the house can't be cleaned "top to bottom" every time, they know what needs to be done on a bi-weekly basis, monthly basis ... and maybe just a few times a year (like moving heavier furniture).
