DML Fence & Deck Company #1121449 started in Danville, CA in the late 80’s working with a local Nursery Company, Developers (Commercial) and Single-Family Homeowners (Residential). The Company officially went independent in 1993 and continued through present day. Commercially we contracted for entire sub-divisions to install all the front yards to individual homes along with the access points and entrances to include large-scale Country Clubs (e.g. Blackhawk C.C.) as well. In 2003, we established State-wide Contracts with Insurance Carriers to Repair & Install Fences (Wood, Iron & Vinyl). In 2010, we began to expand our offering into Block Walls (Masonry & Retaining). In 2017, we became a Preferred Vendor for Construction Loans with U.S. Bank and built several homes in the South Bay (Los Gatos to Gilroy) from $1.5M to 3.0M. In 2019, we migrated to the Sacramento area focusing on Detached Garages and Granny Homes under 1,200 Sq. Ft. We first began building gardens in California in 1970. In 1982 we moved to Nevada County, California, where we remain today. As a small, family-owned business, our primary focus has been custom residential landscaping. However, we have done both public and commercial jobs, as well as ecological restoration and small scale agricultural and horticultural development. Long ago we determined not to grow our company beyond the point where we, as owners, could not actively participate in field work on a daily basis.
