"Moving is stressful. No two ways about it. When the day finally arrived Matthew’s Nationwide Moving dispatched Alex, Ty, and Xavier to our home at 7:00 a.m. as scheduled. We couldn’t have asked for a better crew. They greeted us with smiles and walked through our home to plan their work. They then began systematically moving 29 years of accumulated stuff and furniture into their trailer. All furniture and pictures were carefully wrapped before being moved. The door jam through which everything exited was carefully padded to protect both the door jam and the furniture. They continually communicated with us to ensure any concerns were addressed before the fact. They verified time and again that our expectations were met. What was especially impressive was their teamwork. Any time they needed to coordinate with one another they did so precisely. They obviously worked well together and respected each other’s work. They did not take breaks! Throughout the move they were careful and caring, and not only with our stuff! I am too busy to take phone calls during the day, so to be able to work through email and online estimates, was a huge plus. Bethaney was not only the one providing the estimate, but also acting as my moving manager, as I was stuck out of the country. I'm very much keen to re-hire for my next move in 2021.
