"Good customer service, and a good job with his painting"

"Ferney renovated my whole house. The work included internal wall removal; complete bathrooms' renovation including tiling and fixtures; full kitchen renovation including cabinet planning and installation, island installation, and tiling; pocket door installation; hardwood floors installation; wiring and electric work including recessed lights; carpentry and painting. His last work was building a new wooden deck on the existing foundation. The work was done on the highest level both in terms of the skills and mastery, communication, and the level of trust. Ferney truly took care of my house as though it was his own - no shortcuts or sloppiness, including putting everything in orderly organized way at the end of each day. He has a lot of experience and he suggested many useful features. Personally he is an exceptionally honest and sincere person, and he is a pleasure to work with. He is the first person on my list for the work that is needed in the house."

"Roland was responsive and easy to communicate with for the scheduling and set up. He arrived exactly on time and he and his associate were professional and friendly. The job was completed to my immense satisfaction within the time and budget allotted. I enthusiastically recommend Roland and Emerald Painting. 12/10!!!!"

"Mr. Mendez and his crew did an excellent job with our skylights installation and painting our shutters and also painting our kitchen and family room. He is very responsive and completed the work very efficiently. Will definitely be calling him again for more painting projects. Highly recommend him. UPDATED AS OF 02/27/2022: Mr. Mendez also replaced our stair railing. He built everything from scratch. He also replaced some light fixtures. He does so much more besides painting. We plan on calling him when we renovate our lower family room."

"Thomas and Antonio of JW Home Improvement did a wonderful job painting and making minor drywall repairs. Their lines were straight, they worked with us to finalize color selection, and adjusted to our indecisiveness."

"Omar and his team painted the kitchen, installed mural-wall-paper in 3 rooms, and mounted a wall shelf. They did a terrific job and were really nice and accommodating to my schedule."

"This is the second time that I have used Loayes Painting. The first time they repaired a ceiling with water damage. This most recent time, they repaired several drywall nail pops, plastered over the repairs, and painted my upstairs hallway ceiling. They also helped me to discover a leak in my guest room and determine the source of the problem. I look forward to doing business with them again."

"Leo did a great job painting the interior of my rental property. His pricing was very competitive. I plan to use his company again for some exterior work and handyman services."

"I hired Mr. Hill to paint two accent walls in my condo. The whole process from estimate to getting it done was so efficient and flawless; highly commendable. All done in less than 2 hours and it looks absolutely beautiful. Thank you Jeffrey... you are the best!"
