"From start to finish, WE Griffin Roofing did outstanding work. An important aspect as that they are both a roofing company as well as a gutter company, and in our case both sets of expertise were needed. We obtained three bids, and decided to choose WE Griffin because Matt Hoffman gave us such an insightful analysis and estimate of the work needed. We had purchased this house (a 1962 split level) last year, and the gutters were literally falling off their fascia boards and also the fascia boards were coming apart as well. Mr. Hoffman diagnosed that potentially extensive roof repair would also be required, including both the rafter tails as well as the sheeting under the shingles near the edges, and including that work in his estimate along with the gutter and trim replacement. His estimate of the work needed turned out to be very accurate as many of the rafter ends and a whole section of sheeting on the back side were rotted and needed repair/replacement. The crew was similarly excellent; they arrived on site as scheduled and worked tirelessly for nearly 4 days to do all the repair work, replace all the fascia boards, replace some of the missing cladding that had also come off in places, and install a complete set of new gutters. Each day when the crew left they tidied up the site very nicely, and at the end of the project the yard was completely clean. They worked very carefully with a lot of attention to detail. The outcome is that we now have gutters as well as fascia boards and cladding that all look spectacular! We are very pleased with their work."

"I loved everything about this company. Mr August arrived on time for our meeting. He was very polite, did a thorough job of asking lol questions about my concerns, and inspected the roof well. The cost for repairing the skylights and the damage done by the leaks was fair and no extra cost was added at the end of the job. He also included extra service at no cost to replace the gutter on the roof where the skylights were placed, so no further issues with rain might cause water getting under the roof tiles. His workers, Walter and Cesar, came on time and worked very hard ten hours straight, even after it started to rain, to finish the job of the roofing. They then came back the next day to do the gutter. . Before leaving both days they cleaned everything so well no one would know they had been there. They were also careful of my plants when moving equipment and materials. All around best job I have ever seen. I will definitely cal them again and am praising them to all my friends."

"I had the roof and gutter helmets on my residence replaced by Presidential Exteriors and I was pleased not only with the quality of the work, but I was impressed by the end to end customer service from everyone I encountered from Presidential Exteriors - enough so that I wrote a complimentary email to the management. There were many customer touchpoints during the brief project: sales, insurance coordinator, material delivery, installation, project management and back office support. Everyone was courteous, professional, competent, efficient and responsive. It was clearly evident, across the board, that the entire team was dedicated, hard working and customer focused.. The project took two days for the roof, and a few hours on day three for the gutter helmets. Back office coordination and follow up was excellent and the project was on schedule and ran smoothly. We picked a tile from Floor and Decor and set out to find a contractor. The first contractor, highly recommended on Angi, came in and proposed an installation that would have cost over $6,000. That struck us as much too high. We then approached JW, which had done work for us in the past, and got an estimate that struck us as reasonable. But to get their top tile installer, Cesar Miranda, we had to wait nearly two months. We decided to wait and are glad we did. When he arrived, he brought three different grout and gave us our choice. He then did an outstanding installation."

"I am not a roof professional. I am a home owner who understands nothing last forever; so, I desired to seek an diagnosis (evaluation), repair and proper upkeep type of roof servicing. My roofs were not leaking but were aged. Notwithstanding the coronavirus disease pandemic (COVID-19), I scheduled three different roof service companies, from HomeAdvisor, for my roofing needs. I had hoped they - as the roof professionals - would tell me (1) what I did not know or could not see as problem areas of my roofs, (2) what roof problems, if any, need to be addressed, and (3) the cost for them to do the work. Daniel Parks did provide me with 1, 2 and 3. Moreover, Daniel Parks identified an additional roof - i.e., that ledge over my home's second story windows - in their examination. The other two roof service companies did not mention the ledge at all. Honestly, I did not even think about it, but Daniel Parks brought it to my attention with photos. I was shown before and after pictures. I really appreciated the customized photos (I didn't need to climb the roof nor simply take someone's words without visible proof). Daniel Parks was the first roof service company to respond to my HomeAdvisor call. Daniel Parks remained respectful of COVID-19 precautions. I was provided a timely estimate and a time table for the work. Daniel Parks was punctual; they cleaned up and dump material; they finished the work ahead of schedule; they received and processed payment in a timely manner; and, they performed the work to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Daniel Parks. I'm glad I thought to use HomeAdvisor for my home needs. I'm glad Daniel Parks appeared on HomeAdvisor. I am confident, comfortable and proud of my roofs and gutters now. My roofs shouldn't be a problem for several years. Everything looks beautiful."
